My mum has been really poorly and needed a riser recliner. This is a more complex purchase than 'just buying a chair'. The service from Carl and co was excellent - kind advice, realistic information, responsive communication. We ordered the chair and it was delivered in a timely fashion to the elderly parents with no drama. My mum is chuffed and the service has been a blessing during a stressful time.

I bought a lovely TV unit much cheaper here than John Lewis or Next. I rang to enquire about it and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman.
