From initial contact for samples and price the service was excellent.Well done Carl and the team. We were given a 2 hour delivery window which was updated on the day to a 30 minute slot. We ordered 2 Parker Knoll Sofas From Haynes Furnishers. It was so easy from ordering to delivery. The men who delivered the Sofas were polite and courteous. They were very careful when bringing in the sofas, and also took their shoes off as soon as they entered the house.They set the Sofas up, so that all we had to do when they left was enjoy them. Couldn't have asked for more. Now enjoying our Sofas. We are looking to buy a footstool and when we are ready to do this, we will order from Haynes
