Great to deal with and the best value I could find online. Staff all friendly and very helpful.The communication was excellent and payment terms were flexible with 20% down-payment and the balance on delivery. My only small criticism was I had to wait 6 weeks for delivery ,which was longer than other outlets, however, if you want the best deal, you have to be patient. Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I had to delay delivery and this wasn’t a problem for them. Day of delivery was just as good, drivers rang me 15 minutes out . The drivers were polite and a credit to the company, they even gave me advice on product care. The biggest plus though is the price, the table and chairs were far cheaper than anywhere else I looked . Will definitely do busy with you again - 17/2/24

We ordered an easy chair online, having seen it in a local store. It was delivered as requested to our carrier in Liverpool for onward delivery to the Isle of Man. The lead time for manufacture was the same as it would have been in store and a week after the order I decided to change the colour of the legs I wanted !!! with no problem at all.
