5* Amazing selection and pieces, top notch customer service
I stumbled across Haynes Furnishers via Google in search of an Ercol butterfly dining chair, and what a great discovery this was! Carl and his team offered amazing customer service right from the start; I raised some questions on the chair through the online query form and got a detailed response back immediately the next day (bearing in mind this was still when we were in partial lockdown back in Mar/Apr). Then having read through the numerous reviews singing praises of Haynes, I decided to purchase the chair. The online purchase process was straightforwar d, subsequent communication and follow ups from Carl and his team are clear and timely, and I really felt throughout the whole process that I am/ my order is in good hands. Logistics-wise, the team rang me to organise a delivery date and time about a week and a half before the estimate (the chair had a delivery lead time of 2-3 weeks at the time due to lockdown no doubt) and promptly arrived on the day (15mins early!) to deliver it. The chair itself was a showroom piece but absolutely perfect/brand new, there were no damage or defects whatsoever and it was THE best price (it was on offer close to 50% off RRP) I saw online at the time and since then even. All in all, I'm very pleased to have discovered Haynes Furnishers and had a great experience buying from them; they are reliable, have an amazing selection of furniture and I could really feel that they are customer-oriented. I look forward to my next purchase with Haynes and meanwhile will be spreading the good word to my friends!
