Excellent customer service for this recliner chair that I had seen on line and at another retailer for quite a bit more money than Haynes were charging. They dealt swiftly and accurately with my order, delivered on time with very helpful delivery drivers bringing the chair into the room that I wanted. Just haven't actually sat in the chair much so far but I'm sure it will be well used. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had furniture requirements.
